Founded by Registered Nurses Betty Menkir, RN, BSN, and Muna Woldetsadik, RN, BSN, Evergreen Concierge Placement & Clinical Services was built to help families navigate senior care with confidence, compassion, and trusted clinical expertise. As experienced nurses, Betty and Muna personally assess each individual’s medical needs, functional abilities, and care requirements before recommending the most appropriate care options. Every family receives personalized guidance designed to ensure safety, comfort, dignity, and long-term well-being.

What makes Evergreen Concierge different is that our support doesn’t end once a placement is made. Betty and Muna continue working alongside families by providing care coordination, advocacy, clinical guidance, and ongoing support whenever care needs change. With extensive experience in Adult Family Homes, Assisted Living, dementia care and private pay placement, and complex medical needs, they remain personally involved throughout the journey—helping families make informed decisions with confidence and peace of mind.
